The Grafton Lions Club selected six Grafton High School Seniors to receive scholarships to attend Post-Secondary institutions of their choice
For $1,000 each. 3 were given to LEO members and 3 were given to Lion Scholarship applicants. Leo candidates had to be a member for 2 years and
Receive a recommendation from the High School Leo Advisor plus need to write an essay describing “what being a Leo member” meant to them.
The Lion Scholarship recipients were selected based on academic success, character, volunteerism and community service with plans to attend a four-year college.

Grafton Lions Citizenship Awards
The Grafton Lions Club recognized four outstanding Grafton High School
Students at its January 15, 2019 membership meeting that was held at the Rose Harms
American Legion Post in Grafton. Lions Citizenship Award Plaques were presented to
Grafton High School Seniors Ashlynn Micoliczyk, Daniel Prohuska, Katherine
Rosenberger and Olivia Konzen. The awards winners were chosen based on the
recipients character, volunteerism, and service in their school and community.
